General purchase procedure
The purchase procedure can only be carried out through the website www.savageline.es
For the purchase in our store to be valid, the ordering information provided by the user must be accurate, complete and updated at all times. The not doing it
constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in cancellation of the order by SAVAGE LINE
Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable in Spain. However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax , the operation may be exempt or not subject to said tax depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in which he acts (entrepreneur/professional or individual).
Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered with respect to that displayed on the website.
The invoice is issued with the shipment being accessible and downloadable from the user account as well as being sent in PDF format in the shipping confirmation email.
Validity of prices and offers
The products offered on the web, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they are displayed and can be viewed through the web page.
Users are requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid price errors. In any case, orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment they are formalized.
Payment Methods
The user/buyer agrees to pay SAVAGE LINE for the products purchased in the accepted forms of payment (credit/debit card, Paypal) and for any additional amount (including taxes).
Once the purchase is made, a confirmation of the purchase will be sent to the indicated email address. The purchase confirmation will not be valid as an invoice, it will be sent when the order is shipped.

SAVAGE LINE, SL (hereinafter THE COMPANY) does not assume any responsibility derived from the misuse of the products purchased on our site and, more specifically, THE COMPANY is exonerated from all liability for any risk or loss, of a personal or any other type, that could occur as a direct or indirect consequence of the misuse of any product purchased on this website. This does not apply to a flaw or defect in the factory product in which case THE COMPANY has the obligation to correct the problem by returning the amount or sending a new product.
THE COMPANY does not assume any responsibility regarding the decision to purchase any of the products purchased, leaving that determination at the sole discretion and responsibility of the client.
This website also contains links to other websites that are not operated by SAVAGE LINE (hereinafter, the "Related Sites"). Having no control over the Linked Sites and therefore accepting no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may result from your use of them. After-sales service and guarantees
Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not have an after-sales service as such, although we try to solve all your doubts.
All products have a two-year legal guarantee. In case of tare or defect, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

LINE and other registered legitimate rights, in accordance with international treaties to which Spain is a party and other property rights and laws of Spain.
Modification of the conditions of use
SAVAGE LINE reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation and configuration of the website, as well as these General Conditions.
For this reason, SAVAGE LINE recommends that all users read them carefully each time they access the website. Contractors of any of the services offered on this website will always have the General Conditions in a visible place, freely accessible for as many queries as they wish to make.
In the event that any clause of these General Conditions is declared void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the very purpose of these General Conditions.
SAVAGE LINE may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which will not imply in any case the waiver thereof unless expressly recognized by SAVAGE LINE or prescription of the action that corresponds in each case.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions of Use are governed by Spanish law. These Conditions of Use are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, and the Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce.
In accordance with article 2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, contracts entered into electronically in which a consumer intervenes as a party will be presumed to have been entered into in the place where the consumer has his habitual residence. Therefore, in the event of a dispute arising from these general conditions and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.
